Merger

So we are going to merger with a company with 0 sales roughly 40 million in debt and read their last financial statement the line going concern,hanging on by their coattails and can go bankrupt any day now,good thing Yorke is looking out for the shareholders!

Yeah deal/merger whatever.  There both garbage company's. Garbage buying worse garbage. And CEO for Cr@p is a baffoon.
