To get together and find half of the shares outstanding and as a group take over Management of this Suspended shell company. Usually a shell on the CSE sells for a Million to 2 Million So we will need a lawyer who may take shares and an auditor who may take shares They will unsuspend the company to pay an auditor. Call a meeting which we would do by ourselves by renting a ballroom or Zoom meeting. Then vote in New Management. There is a little light at the end of this dark tunnel. Any lawyers advice would be helpful with this so a family member or friend. In my honest opinion There is hope
