Steady as she goes

A 19 minute confrernce call, with 2 questions.

Steady results.  I expect we will get another boost in the distribution payable come July.  

Likely the most boring REIT in Canada.  Yields around 6.35% and pays monthly.  Great for us retirees.

Great Results i'd say... its to bad tho Canadian Tire's results were trash tho.
