Took away raise from all employees

Due to pandemic Corteva announced today that they will not be giving out their annual merit to their hard working employees.
Even though the stock has doubled since the March crash of 2020. $22- $45 Jan. 2021

This company does not value their employees in Canada or the USA

i have been with this company before it was ever Corteva.... This is a big kick to the employees who put blood sweat and tears into the products.
I doubt there will be much motivation to put quality product on the floor for 2021.
