The Finance deal will be finalized Sept 03 2014 once this has been approved the stock will move well over $1, since the deal is not complete at this moment stock price will rise in anticipation of its completion, will move higher ever day we get closer to that date. The Market is well aware of this deal but lots of perople want it finalized and then Watch this pig sky rocket
