i would start doing my happy dance if the whole deal was complete, but i think its just to acknowledge that POP received the first $500k. But here's hoping for more :)

Well the last time they did the halt it was bad, But the market also was selling it off like crazy before the halt and we all know their are a lot of share holders who have an inside scoop of what is going on. Yesterday we would have seen it sell off if it was bad, but we had a decent gain so im optimistic that they received the money.

Pre-opening before halt was locked at 59 cents, after halt  58 cents so nobody knows.  This of course changes on a dime, all it tells me, there were no leaks. Good luck to all longs.
