Intersting that they had to send it two ways ($400 wired then $100). It seems like they are into the deal still but struggling to come up with the cash needed. Hopefully they get their financing squared away as the big cheque needs to come soon. Happy to see the money but wished it looked a little cleaner.

My metaphor for the 400+100 way of paying: Imagine you are buying a house and have committed to paying 1M to the current owner. Then, your mortgage broker screws up and the release of your mortgage funds will take another month. So, in good faith you offer to pay the owner $5000 each friday until the mortgage goes through to keep them satisfied. You don't want to, but you have to cash out 4k
