Even with Schedule 3 passing we will still go to court.
When schedule 3 passes, question is will there be an injunction when the lawsuit(s) are filled? If there is an injunction given, it will prevent schedule 3 from moving forwardand, SC3 could take 2 to 3 yrs before we can get this case heard by SCOTUS. The good news is cannabis will continue to grow and Curaleaf will have the option should a injuntion takes place to list Curleaf on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange FSE. Hemp is a New multi billion dollar industry Curaleaf has entered and will be selling new hemp products not just in the U.S. & EU... BoJo is playing chess while the rest are playing checkers.

I was just told when schedule 3 is passed that 92.7% chance there will be no "injunction". "Judge will not over rule the majority." If this in fact is true, all patience and rec users and all cannabis companies will have a massive reason to celebrate. We are now mths if not weeks away from getting a final ruling. $CURA
