Question; If the The Cole Memorandum was rescinded by Attorney General Jeff Sessions in January 2018. How were we able to get the cannabis run late 2020 early 2021 if there was no more custody? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cole_Memorandum

This administration has been a catastrophic failure. They had 3 1/2 years to do something for cannabis, they even had a majority government and they blew it.. What they have done is they brought in a recession, spent trillions, created wars, killed the middle class, raised inflation, interest, food, gas prices, raised home prices, brought in poor migrants that are taking away what little jobs are ...more
