RE:Documentation of company closure?I just requested info from Scotia in this regard.  They indicated that I need to fill out a form "The Deed of Gift contract that will remove the security from my account and gift it to Scotia Capital. Check with advisor in regard to claiming any capital loss. 

I removed it from my RBC account with no mention of this just the caveat that it was irrevocable.

What a joke this whole thing ended up being.
