Goodwill is fluff, it's worthless. If you don't trust the balance sheet, don't make assumtions, you're only fooling yourself. When the June 30 financials are out, we'll see if the Company is better or worst.

Let me get this straight. If I'm long DCM, does my thesis depend on the outcome of the June 30th financials? I'm not a day trader.  You were blatantly wrong about how you calculated equity value. You ignored the capital raise and then you backtracked by saying , "on March 31st" as if it makes a difference.
