Here is what the Voting instruction form states, MNB:
Election of directors: voting recommendation FOR all the nominees proposed as directors 
1 Louisa
2 Siva
3 Paul Nichols 

No mention of voting for ceo or any mention of interim ceo for that matter

The package should come from ComputerShare , not broker. Start thinking DDB messed up the mailing to prevent shareholders from voting....

A shareholder on CEO received their package via email from Scotia. Maybe that's an option you can look into?
