Drove by the Future Lab on my lunch break.  Can confirm that they are currently working on the building.  They had a couple of bobcats in there, one with a jack-hammer attachment that was digging up the flooring.  Saw a couple of vehicles parked out front and 3 along the side (which may or may not have belonged to work crews) - keep in mind it was lunch hour, so people may have left

Of course it’s being worked on. Make the call and ask Jeff the CFO and he will gladly tell you it’s ahead of schedule. Everyone needs to ignore Kirkland, he’s got to much time to think of bull in his moms basement.
