in anticipation of cannabis turning tinto law  they have to prepare regualtions . and bills.to authorize the legal sale of recreational cannabis. 
All this to say I wont be surprise the Day they announce its done. So I take is that it will happen soon and this will beour big break for waiting. The first day they announce legal sale , all stock will jump very high on that first day. Now the questioon is when and how soon, maybe end of this year..
