Volume seems way off

How can you have over 65% of shares sell on open market in 3 hours. Big holders must want the heck out of this? Seems like a progressive stock but the graph scares me.

it is way oversold,so I am using DCA,dollar cost averaging,for my purchases,buying up small amounts on a daily basis this month until my holdings are completed,so glta shareholders.
