Have to disagree. I think If a good financing comes forward with stipulations that the board be replaced and they don't resign, there will certainly be a class action. And I don't mean another deal that the BOD4 concoct.  It will be against Clough, Bailey, Sedun, Reyes, and Wong. (Wong, supported the deal, insisted it was fair. ) Guaranteed. This is a very valuable company. Six million oz in a highly prospective and in demand location. The deals offers will be coming in shortly (maybe 2/3weeks). It is not a binary decision. Sedun and Javier have skin in this. Any deals will have strings that tie the rogue elements up. No walking away to a foreign abbatoir for a chop and sell to leave shareholders penniless. It's a gamble to buy at these prices. Because management appears to many of us to be incompetent and corrupt, and because of the companies poor financial situation. The market is telling us that there is a good chance of bankruptcy. Companies with good assets are often run into the ground by lousy management.
