Titan Minerals postpones General Meeting

Something's up ....  either Titan's going to revise their offer .... they're cancelling the offer .... or still waiting for Core Gold to make an announcement ... any other possibilities ???

Hmmm ... maybe a little brinksmanship .....

Doesn't inspire any confidence. It's all delay delay and freeze their bloated share price. They can't say much because it all depends on Core offers. What this does confirm is they just don't have the shares to do anything much. Confetti v real cash?  Now will they have the cash for their debt repayment in a couple of weeks.

They say the halt has something to do with the horrible offer to take over core. I don't see them cancelling until core has found different deal. Since they did not enter the strategic review they are the only bidders whose offer is known. My original cynical theory was that core BOD is using the review to look impartial to regulators. Asking the TSX to transfer the loan gave their hand away ...more
