I call disnat about that.... i lost all my shares too. Delphi is delisted, bankruptcy... no news anywhere and not receive email about that... wake up yesterday with 1200$ less .... whats happened about the december meeting??

Are you talking about your Notes being converted to shares or the equity position you had in Delphi?

"All previously outstanding common shares, warrant and options of the company were cancelled and extinguished for no considerations and without any return of capital" ... So they took our money to do a restructuration of the company... it is legal??
