All of these guys are buddies outside of Martello and are just keeping this business alive to milk investors and keep their very VERY undeserved overpaid salaries. If any of these dinosaurs had any intelligence left, Proctor would have been gone long time ago. Terrible results delivered on a quarterly basis, any other board on this planet would have removed Proctor so long ago. The fact he remains CEO just solidifies that this is a scam run by Linton, Matthews and company. No way to argue that.
