another offering

Looks like they filed another prospectus in the U.S. yesterday. For around 900,000 shares.
Looks like fully dilluted they are going to have around 10 million shares. I'm not really sharing the love. So in the past year , they have at least tripled their outstanding shares. None of their original warrants were exercised at their original prices, which would have given them scads more money in the bank than -lowering the warrant price and issuing all these shares. No transparency with any contracts. No quarter updates, like most companies do. No insider buying. Is it not funny how it can trade it's whole float in a day, and instead of letting it run a few days, to perhaps higher prices and perhaps a higher pp price, an announcement is made the next morning at an offering 30 or 40 cents below the closing price. Who wants to add anything?

Something just does not seem right , are they planning to do an offering every quarter , why not raise more money now , unless they are going to do another offfering in 2-3 months down the road of they know the contracts will be bringing in enough money over the next few months
