Potential Takeout Price

If ECN were to be taken over, what price might you believe it would take for the price to be successful? And would GSY be a possible buyer?

While GSY has made several acquisitions in its history, we do not believe it would be interested in ECN. As for the price, we highly doubt management would entertain offers that did not start with $5.50. (5iResearch)

Are we down today on the index delisting. I noticed 12 million in share volume at the end of day Friday which was the last day it was part of the exchange

Good reflection on the move of today's price. No news out & down almost 6%. Which noramally would seem strange when we are about to get some kind of news on Wed. after the market closes about the last Q. I had forgotten the delisting of the index.
