Today before the opening bell, Ecrypt Technologies announced its company CEO, Dr. Thomas Cellucci has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Network Centric Operations Consortium (NCOIC). NCOIC is an international non-profit organization committed to advancing global, cross-domain interoperability. The organization has more than 50 members and advisors in 12 countries.

A widely respected individual, Dr. Cellucci holds over 30 years experience of senior executive and board leadership in the private sector. He served as the first Chief Commercialization Officer at the US Department of Homeland Security and the White House, a position he held in both the Bush and Obama administrations. In addition to serving as Ecrypt Technologies’ CEO, Cellucci holds a number of board positions and has authored over 24 books and more than 192 scholarly articles.
 
Over 10 years, NCOIC has developed quality technical resources that promote the use of effective network-centric systems and interoperability in public and private sector settings. These solutions are geared toward bringing about faster program implementation, lower engineering costs, enhanced capability, and increased risk management. NCOIC’s technical resources and interoperability project solutions have helped member companies and customers achieve more effective operations in many global markets, including aerospace, civil and military operations, air traffic management, and healthcare.
