Misbrandt; it looks to me like SHS has been around for a lot longer than a month.  But, yes, it is a holding company that runs subsidiaries and controls positions in related companies in many related sectors.     I note that it appears to have a ".org" website and a related ".com" website.  They both describe an SHS out of Singapore and the latter has

Hejhog, I don't think those are the same companies, one of them is See Hup Seng and the other is Sustainable Housing Solutions. They are both based in Singapore though. I couldn't find a definitive answer on that. See Hup Seng does have a solar segment. The companies don't share a single manager or director. I need to see a connection better than just their name.
