Contemplated, and currently being negotiated are the key words in every release the company puts out. They are great at wording these releases to create excitement about future hopes. None of the US emergency money has been given to them, it's a nice step to say they can get some financing, but we all should know by now with these guys not to get excited until there's actual proven money ...more
