Possible turnaround for the company

It is possible that this is the beginning of the company to return to profitability. I don't think 2, 3, or 7 cents will make much difference in the long run when the company starts receiving revenue from the Puerto Rico project. When they announced the news that they received 100 million financing, I did a quick calculation on the potential contract revenue and looked up the market cap, it was a no brainer for me. The debt is obviously a concern, but with the 100 million financing secured, now they have the ability to complete the project.

I see the current valuation is severly discounted compared to the potential reward when the company delivers result. I am looking forward to the next PR, hopefully it will be when they lock the contract. At current SP, I am willing to speculate on this stock, the downside cost is lower than the potential return. Obviously there is always a risk it will not work out, but that's a risk I am willing to take.

So over the life of the contract, if it's secured, they will be able to repay the debt and still pocket some money. Obviously the SP does not reflect that, since the contract is not secured yet, but with Puerto Rico in housing crisis, I am optimistic they can secure the ...more
