It also owns a working interest in the Block CI-40 and CI-705 block offshore Cote d’Ivoire in West Africa.

The taxes in Egypt are paid out of the Egypt share of the oil !
Re::Tax expenses minus Rebates             $14,000,000 

Taxes in Canada should not be that much
