Expecting it's just a formality. The Mandalay share exchange and cash - for - stock will transpire shortly thereafter.  Looking forward to see Mandalay's growth plans re-opening Lupin etc ...more

pecorina I believe the share purchase price is 15.7 cents not 17. I agree that Mandalay is milking this deal for all it's worth.  Excessive dilution is not what any Elgin shareholder wants to ...more

Yes Goldcross.  The deal is a steal for Mandalay.  But at least Elgin shareholders can retain an interest in Mandalay's success by opting for MND stock as part of the buyout offer.   ...more

Elgin's share price is moving up to reflect the Mandalay share exchange ratio being offered in the takeover deal ie. 2.5 Elgin shares for 1 Mandalay share.  That's better than the 37 cent ...more
