Emcore director buys shares

A director with Emcore Corp. bought 59,200 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Thomas Russell reported he bought the shares Tuesday for $5.95 apiece.insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. He also bought a further 190,800 on March 19th at 5.99 and 10,000 more the same day at 6.60. He certainly believes in this company and I am becoming a believer.
