Does anyone know the dates the warrants can be exercised? This will probably hold this price back a bit. A 50% retraction is very common after rapid new highs before the base builds again.

Warrants cannot be exercised for one year from the start date of trading, which would be December 12th, 2017- unless they are called on by the company, which they seem to not be in favour of doing at this point.

I talked with Dani brodie invester relations ..he says they cancelled the company being able to pull forward warrants..Dec 9 2017 is date warrents can be sold .I managed to get in on ipo @1.15 with1.75 warrants .I have bin in contact with him regularly through this process he is quick to respond just email him if you have questions. .I won't even buy my warrents till nov because no need to tie

I'm still confused, I also have the 1.15 shares and 1.75 Warrants. Are you saying that there is a 4 month hold or not? In my account it doesn't refer to anything with a hold or hold date, and there was nothing in my qualifying transaction forms stating that I'm restricted to a 4 month hold. Yet the documents filed by the company refer to a 4 month hold. Contacting Brodie gave me no

cantact him again quote your subscription recipe # and ask for a definite answer based on those ...mine I can sell April 9th ,but why if feds legalization announcement announcement is supposed to be April 20 2017 .the time leading up to that and maybe a couple weeks after will be so full of positive hype it's gunna make nov 16th trading day look like nothing .then I would expect a correction
