Accumulation is happening
Look at the movement of shares in the last couple of weeks. This is a prelude to a news cycle. They have employed proconsol to heighten investor awareness.. seems to be working. Proconsol is using its network of contacts and staging zoom meet and greets for Watr and its board. Expanding their reach before a news cycle is presented. I like how they are trying to add awarness before news. If people aren't looking news sometimes can go unnoticed. That would be the case here, but now Based on recent volume I would say many are at the ready.. I like what I'm seeing here.. great luck to all

Agrred. It would be hard to believe that this sustained volume doesn't lead to some promising news. Hopefully something soon. Good luck everyone!
