If you bought a long time ago and say your average was 0.10. This company is going to merge or be bought out. Or it just goes to zero and you lose any equity you put in.

 It was just below the percent Li they were expecting, the cut off to stay with it or go their seperate ways.  It was close though, probably just a long run train and it would have worked.

the only reason price went up briefly was due to change over of Canadian stock. NOW all we are going to see is it drop drop drop .our shares are worthless And if they decide to do a split of some sort ...more

It’s always possible that there’s good news coming, but I think it might be because the Canadian shares got delisted, so all those shareholders are converting those to the OTC shares in America.

What does that even mean? How can you say it’s gone on a day where they’re up over 100%? I don’t know what’s brewing, but something is definitely happening. Major volume on an up day is a good sign.
