Its segments include Production Services and Logistics Services. The Production Services segment utilizes a fleet of hot oiling trucks and acidizing units to provide maintenance services to the domestic oil and gas industry. These services include hot oiling services and acidizing services. Hot oil is utilized by customers to remove paraffins from wellbores, pipes and vessels. Acidizing services are utilized by customers to clean reservoir surfaces and increase flow rates. Production services are provided through the Company's operations in Texas and neighboring states. The Logistics Services segment focuses on hot shot trucking (specialized transportation within the oil, gas and broader energy sector), dedicated freight services, and less-than-truckload (LTL) services within the oil, gas and broader energy sector.
