I can't remember which video it was about Steve specifically mentioned litigation risk (protecting workers) as one of the reasons that testing demand has risen so sharply. Companies are getting hit with class action  lawsuits for not doing enough to create a safe working environment.

Steve said that in the last Agoracom interview when he explains how covid testing is switching from health and safety mater to legal mater. He also points out that there is no evidence that current vaccines will last longer than 6 months and talks about the severity of different variants. It's actually really interesting. Excellent point.  I had not thought about the possible testing demands going forward.

Plus at my daughters school, school board policy, if they have one cold or flu symptom they have to stay home and quarantine or get tested.  As well as their siblings. Even if they don't show symptoms
