Do not take my word for it

Go to Trusted Review sites and read reviews prior to tangling with this boiler room warranty claim firewall type operation.

Try: " Trustpilot " ( Costa Del Mar )
or:
       " Pissed Consumer "

More good leads to help with your due diligence.  I really believe a 140 percent Tarriff would help motivate this company to start taking care of old customers.  We were sold glasses with a " lifetime guarantee ", and you need to read up on how these claims are handled.
