Be Careful

While I have no intention to debate my following opinion, I feel it needs to be said. To all those that are getting excited about this stock, you should be very very cautious. The sale of Big River was a stop gap to slow down the bleeding. It was not a 'win' for the Company. And seriously, there is nothing to get excited about with Eastern producers. Their China prospects are limited due transportation costs and the US isnt recovering any time soon. If you review their financials and do the math, the Co. might be able to limp along to the end of the first quarter of 2012 without having to raise more capital. This Co. has a major cash problem and they will not resolve it before sales increase and the lumber market improves drastically. I anticipate they will raise cash at share prices and dilute the hell of those that do not participate in the financing. This is no different than any other junior company, which equates to high risk. The measly $40K cross you saw suggests nothing of the current shareholders opinion on this stock. If it did you would see them cross millions of $ of shares. As for the "upgrades", while the Canaccord report is ligit, the others are simply based on trailing averages with no substance or real analysis behinde the upgrades. Nobody else covers the company. I have respect for Canaccords team, but also understand how the analyst game works. They will tread very cautiously, for if they dont they risk loosing access to managment.

Good luck and be careful.

We're talking about a stock here that is trading below 10c and therefore as we know goes with the "be careful" tag...... but also the  very real prospect of high returns when compared others trading within this range. ETR has better than even chances to bring it on home...ps look at the board and whose buying
