I hold some shares in this company and was hopeful of a better offer or a higher inducement to get holders to sell.  Not sure at this point that either is going to happen.  Any last minute views on this matter.  I can always sell tomorrow.  thanks,  peake

I don't think a better offer is coming. I sold all my shares, and have redistributed the cash among a few other forest sector companies (like WEF-T), as well as purchasing a couple of promising, yet speculative, natural gas and technology companies.   With the rest, I left it in cash, and have been picking away at a handful of stocks that appear to be getting unjustifiably hammered on the
