Seems like there will some news "benefitting" the shareholders who hold EUO as of next Monday.  Any ideas what that could mean?  Maybe a special dividend?

You must beneficially own the shares on that date in order to vote at the upcoming meeting.

Incorrect, that is item #4. #5 eludes to something further. IMO

Could be a Spinco or Special div. Takes 3 days to settle after purchase, so have them at close today.

I get very scared reading these responses. The filing is simply for a SPECIAL meeting on Dec 10th for shareholders of record Nov 9th. The latter will receive details of Agenda after Nov 13th., earliest. It is no different from earlier filing for AGM. It is pretty stupid, as one poster remarked, that they did not issue more details for a Special Meeting but it is equally stupid having all these

These guys better tell us soon, they need to give us time to buy/sell before the Nov 9 deadline which is pretty much too late now after settlement time.  I for one cannot handle a 10 cent special dividend right now, it would absolutely KILL me tax wise.  Man I feel like a rat in a maze....and the funny thing we are not bagholders, this deal is all very good for EUO.  The only reason
