Ford has had a tough year

Ford has had a tough yearShares of the automobile manufacturer have been more than cut in half over the course of 2022. In that time, Ford has endured pandemic headwinds, semiconductor shortages, high inflation costs, and supply chain issues. Compounding everything even more, shares continued their descent when management announced third-quarter profits may come in a little light. In particular, parts shortages are expected to leave upwards of 45,000 vehicles incomplete and unable to sell in the current quarter.
