Pumping mngmnt Graphite Goof

who at FMS has ever built a mine? All I see is a bunch of finance boys and girls...looting 20% options etc.
On June 11, 2020, the Company announced it has adopted a new 20% fixed incentive Stock Option Plan to replace the previous 10% rolling stock option plan. The Company also announced the grant of incentive stock options under the new plan as compensation to its directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase 36,370,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.05 per share until June 10, 2025.
Looting $$$ out of FMS into Grafraud

During the year ended September 30, 2021, the Company was charged $780,000 by Grafoid Inc. for consulting services, including marketing, product development and auxiliary services (2020 - $2,400,000).

Has the Env Permit questions ever been answered for Lac Knife? From back in 2021

Focus Graphite acquired all the mining rights to the Lac Knife property in 2010. From 2010 to 2014, the Company carried out drilling programs and assessments of the deposit that culminated with the filing of a mining Feasibility Study in August 2014, followed by an environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), filed in December 2014. In 2021, the Company began the process of updating both studies. The preparation of a new ESIA and the update of the Feasibility Study are underway. Significant input and involvement from the affected communities is required to revise and complete these studies, and it is for this reason that Focus Graphite will rely upon MU Conseils’ expertise in the area of strategic consultation.

In 2017, Focus received a second series of questions on the ESIA study from the Qubec MELCC. The process to answer Series II questions requires a fundamental change to the design of the tailings management system concept for the Lac Knife project along with additional field surveys designed to comply with new environmental guidelines and regulations introduced by the MELCC in 2016.

Assuming the timely execution of the studies and reports delivery, the Company expects to submit the definitive and complete set of answers Series II questions on the Lac Knife project to the MELCC by December 31, 2021.

But now I read
Work on the Environmental and Social Assessment (ESIA) study is scheduled to resume in March and be completed by the end of 2023, while the Mine Closure Plan is planned for submission in the fall of 2023. Focus continues to communicate, meet, and listen to local communities and will be stepping up these efforts now that the feasibility study is completed, and the scale and impacts of the Project are better understood.

Graphite Goof - if mngmngt so qualified...why hasn't this been completed already? Mngmnt too busy spending $$$ looted out of FMS?

Graphite buyers look for FULLY PERMITTED projects, ones already in production = reduced risk
