20 day volume weighted average... look at share price over the last 20 days and tell me they had nothing to do with it lol.  April 1-20. At least they'll have around $25 million in the bank upon exercising.

I really expected that the outsized influence of Couche-Tard would have provided more market support for FAF, even in the face of the cannabis collapse over the past year. I think no matter how optimistic one is, the reality is that FAF is down 55%+ year-over-year and 70% since inception; Couche-Tard is investing in the long (long) game; those holding FAF are looking at years and years before a ...more

I too am in a loss position. The only reason I ever bought this POS is because of the stake C-T had. I (wishful thinking) will see it though to the end, I still think C-T is the key.

all pot stocks are down by about the same amount in the last 2 years . Until some legality happen in the US -at least the Banking Act -it will stay the same and i think we are very close to as bottom now . In case of FAF ...ACT will take over in June 2023 by exercising their last warrant ...so another year but let's see their year end result that will be out next tuesday to see what is there  ...more

Oh my!!! I was really hoping that this stock would be the lone survivor of the indutry as it is in retail and was backed by CoucheTard. Expected better performance with their guidance and I am disappointed that they havent just fired the CEO and taken over the operations.  First a reverse split and then disappointing retail sales due to poor management. All the while spouting the usual CEO ...more
