I agree with the board, this offer is too low based on the fundamentals, and the price of gold and the near term mine permit .

I have held for over 2 years, so a few more months for a better offer is not a big deal.

Good for those who have sold.  Hope for better offer for those who are holding.

I am an ELD holder, but I think a deal should get done for the benefit of shareholders of both companies.  If it doesn't, I am not too bothered, as I would prefer that ELD not overpay given how well their other mines are performing.  My thinking is that the price may get bumped a little ($0.95 to $1.00), but in the end ELD will be the buyer.  ELD put out the press release to ...more
