RE:Dolly Varden DealBy my calculations, as of today's date (with DV @ $1.06 and FURY @ $0.92 CDN),
FURY market cap is $128m Cdn (139.5m shares o/s)
DV market cap is $268m Cdn (about 253m shares @ $1.06)
FURY owns about 23% of DV now (after dilution through sale of shares and the recent DV financing), which is worth about $63 million now at market
So, a 10 cent upward movement in DV, generates about $25m in additional market cap for DV, and everything else equal, should move FURY market cap up by about $6m, or $0.04 per share to FURY. Of course, it never exactly works that way ... and numbers are not exact due to minor impacts of warrants, dilution, etc.
So FURY is basically 50/50 ... you get 50% of the value in shares of DV, and 50% exposure to Quebec assets and Committee Bay.
I think at some point the 1 year hold on the DV stock that FURY received last year will go away ... then I wouldnt be surprised if HECLA tries to take another run at DV before they hit any more Silver. We will see !
