Continual Downtrend

Back in Sept 2020 was seriously comtemplating on buying FURY but decided on another stock at  as it came to two companies.  Fortunately picked another company as yielded a monthly dividend and wise choice - never can predict future.  I thought there was strong value in FURY as was around 2.00 dollars and always thought this had potenatial towards 3 or higher.

FURY has been on a total downtrend over the last year and wonder where the bottom is on this stock.  However, realize gold sector has been a poor performer over last year.

It is hard to determine whether FURY shows value at these prices and whether continues to correct towards .25 to .50 cent range similar to Eastmain resources before the restructuring.

The fiasco with Eastmain getting a lower price than was initially stated in news release and gimmicks by the CEO seameed to appear to greasy for my comfort at that time.  He spoke to highly of FURY being undervalued and never had enough substance to back it up.

That said, a poor environment in gold but FURY has not lived up to its initial expectations.

Can anyone explain dismal performance of this stock? Can't be just sector related as none of the other gold stocks I follow dropped 80% in less than a year........

At the beginning one of the reasons was the spin off from Auryn resources and the acquisition of Eastmain: many investors were in Auryn for their Peruvian assets and sold, many investors of Eastmain were long frustrated and sold making at least some money ... in addition there was a ...more

Alas, poor Fosterville South. In their newest NR they just reported hitting 11 metres of 31.34 g/t gold !

I don't think acquiring Eau Claire quite made up for the spin out of Sombrero and Curibaya. And Fury was never given much value for Homestake Ridge and Committe Bay,

Instead of concentrating on Eau Claire  & Homestake as the (MINE & Saleable Asset to build the MINE)...  Management is going on a "QUEST" for far out riches in the boonies. Which is nice but 20 years away.  IMHO Chico

Drill holes make markets. Remember Great Bear or New Found Gold ?

I'm guessing you're relatively new to Fury.... Back in the Auryn days, Committee Bay was considered one of the most valuable components of Auryn's market cap, 2nd only to Sombrero (which is now spun out). Don't be fooled. The only reason it hasn't been part of the news flow for a long time is because it can only be accessed in the summer months and the pandemic ...more
