Quebec +the JV worth about $25-30M in the

market cap. I assume the DV shares are sold for 1/2 of Fury's market cap in 12-15 months times.
Hopefully the cash is used for drilling out Quebec not for bigger exec salaries and compensations.
Ivan is a bit sketchy, probably Tim as well.
