ACB

So if I understand it correctly, they are offering 4.52 shares of ACB up to $24 max, we are only trading at $20 and ACB is above the $5.33 that supports the $24 value, the market doesn't believe this deal will get done, ohterwise we'd be at $24.  Thoughts?

Or like I said earlier- the market knows there will be manipulation that lowers the number of shares of ACB for each CMED, thereby valuing CMED around its current trade value.  We are not getting 4.5... shares of ACB.  Some of our value will be stolen by manipulation

woild you please stop posting stupid stuff like this Cmed is significantly undervalued even at 24....the acb offer is the dumbest thing I have seen in over 25 years of market participation
