CMED management can't even sue correctly.

"The action (which has yet to be served)".

Do you really want to trust management that can't sue 2 people and 2 entities the right way? Does this sound like the type of management with a plan?

Waiting to see which way the winds blow. We get HIP, ACB goes away, lawsuit probably gets negotiated with the private equity firms and never sees the light of day.
