Aurora driving price down

Aurora dumping shares like mad trying to get these 2 companies in the 3.4 - 1 share ratio before merger...you can't tell me they didn't know the Financials before the quarterly came out...they don't want anymore of their shareholders selling and picking up cmed at anything better than that 3.4 to 1...

Um........you do realize that the only way to get the share ratio back up to the 3.4 to 1 targeted merger mark is for Aurora to start dumping their own shares and start buying up the CMD shares themselves. The current closing ratio of 2.95 means that CMED is selling at a 15% discount to the converted ACB shares.  So, I guess it sounds as though you think Aurora  should start dumping ...more

Do you really think it's economical for aurora to not get this to the 3.4 to 1 ratio? Everytime their own price spikes...holders are dumping and grabbing cmed..it's in their best interest to get to that ratio..
