No Money to file 14C
They don't have enough money to file the 14C with an edgarized company and comply with US Securities laws on public disclosure (bahahahah). Oh wait, that $24.00 they stole might have been accumulating compound interest and be worth $29.00, still not enough for the filing fee. One would think from the glorified resume someone would come up with cash and pay??
