Daniel Wolf of San Diego Sues Sony Computer Entertainment America, Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. and Square Enix, Inc

Daniel Wolf of San Diego, a consumer sued Sony Computer Entertainment America, Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. and its U.S. subsidiary, Square Enix, Inc. in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, claiming the game caused his PS3 console to crash and stop working. Daniel Wolf of San Diego sought class action status, a jury trial, more than $5 million in damages and payment of his legal fees. Wolf claimed that the companies were, among other things, guilty of negligence, violating the California Unfair Competition Law and breach of warranty. He claimed that each company blamed the problem on the other, and refused to cover the costs of repairing damaged PS3s

The point is they have the same IQ. Both want something for nothing.  Wouldn't you agree Daniel H Wolf thinks this is a game? Daniel H Wolf has nothing to lose because he is already broke and has no track record of anything to speak of. Second he doesn't care about us shareholders. Tictack think a little deeper please, but then I can see how you were ...more

Ocean,Tell me, how much are 14,500,000 shares from a bankrupt company worth?14,500,000 X 0 = 0Plus, a compensation committee comprised of shareholders authorized the shares being issued. What was stolen?

Depends on when they were sold. Global 8 was as high as .65 per share. 14,600,000 x 0.65 could very well equal $9,490,000.00. The 14,600,00 share is what we know of. Maybe the gang in Brazil had their hands on the stock with shorts and over hangs, could be at least $30,000,000.00. What do you think?
