Dear Shareholder,
Exciting progress is afoot at Global 8. We wish to keep you informed about new developments at the company.
In the coming days you will see announcements regarding important topics. Yesterday we reported on new progress being made at Wheatware USA, one of our technology partners with whom we have a profit sharing partnership in the biodegradable flatware industry. We also will be announcing the expansion of our team and the addition of a Portfolio Manager for the BioOrganics operation.
Our upcoming shareholder meeting will be a great opportunity to continue to move things in the right direction. We want it to be in complete compliance with SEC regulations and state law, and are working hard to ensure that everyone is fully informed, fairly represented, and their interests protected. We also feel it is important to ensure that Rene Branconnier and his attorneys meet the requirements ordered by the courts and the SEC. We will provide more information about the meeting as it becomes available.
I’ve included links to press releases about Wheatware, and TecSul and new BioOrganics business in Brazil. Since our Letter of Intent with TecSul, we have been moving toward an agreement that will focus on providing near-term income for Global 8.
